Guaranteed Analysis | Feeding Directions
Trophy Image Deer Mineral should be fed free-choice year-round near deer trails or other areas frequented by deer. Dump 1⁄2 bag on the ground in a shallow hole. This should be done for every 40-60 acres of land that contain deer.
Consumption will vary depending on season of year with greatest consumption taking place March through August during antler growth.
Typically, deer should consume 1 to 5 ounces per head per day. Some animals may consume large amounts of mineral initially, with a rapid decrease after craving has been satisfied. Feeding stations should be checked at least weekly after consumption has leveled off. This product contains salt. Therefore, no additional salt is necessary.
