Top Show® Professional is a complete diet specifically designed to be fed to the show rabbit and the rabbit requiring a maintenance diet. It is scientifically formulated for the show rabbit in that it permits expression of maximum hair quality and body conformation. This product may also be fed as a maintenance diet when offered in limited amounts but through frequent feedings.
Guaranteed Analysis | Feeding Directions
Kent Top Show Professional is a complete diet designed to be fed as the sole ration to rabbits. It is scientifically formulated for the show rabbit to result in maximum breed expression of fur quality and body conformation. Always supply plenty of fresh, clean water.
For replacement stock: Hand-feed breeders either once or twice a day. The average feed amounts for medium weight rabbits are 4.0-6.0 ounces daily. Adjust the amount fed to maintain proper weight.
For the bred doe: Hand-feed 4.5-8.5 ounces of Top Show Professional per day until kindling. Regulate doe weight by adjusting feed intake. If she is getting too fat, reduce the amount fed.
For maintenance of show rabbits: Limit feed Top Show Professional. Suggested feed amounts: Small breeds: 2-3 oz per day; Medium breeds: 3-5 oz per day; and Large breeds: 5-8 oz per day. Some good quality grass hay may be fed to maintain good digestive function.
For the lactating doe and litter: Self-feed Top Show Professional (Top Show Family would be the preferred product, due to its higher protein and energy content). Start at 2-3 oz per day after kindling and gradually increase feed 1 oz per day to full feed by day 7 and continue full feed until the litter is weaned. The average nursing doe, with litter, will eat 12 to 18 ounces of feed daily the first two weeks after kindling. Doe and litter may consume up to 48 ounces per day by weaning.
For growing and finishing: Self-feed Top Show Professional until desired size and condition are achieved.
Top Show® Family is a complete diet designed to be fed as the sole ration to rabbits. It is formulated to promote good health in all rabbits while achieving maximum litter and milk production in does and optimum growth and development in young rabbits. Always supply plenty of fresh, clean water.
